Good idea. Like Wattie Creek, when the people walked off in 1966 they ceased to live like dogs. This is what government mob want. The intervention is a disgrace.
I’m not a black fella, but I am a earthling too, my ancestors have long lived in a sedentary way of life, but more and more I wish I could just do that, walk off this materialistic life and embrace life out there, where I would probably discover what it actually feels like to be alive. Good on you, and thank you to the Aboriginal people, they are teaching great lessons in life.
That photo of many people in fluro yellow workmen outfits, might look like a joke if there were many fluro yellow clothed men out standing in the red sand. It’d need a very green tree to look at with em, and some sky, but not too blue mind. Put the whole intervention into fluro yellow shirts so everybody can see it don’t belong, maybe it’s the government who needed more clothes.
This blog will be continually updated, so keep checking for more news and information, including photos and video of the walk off camp.
